Ayushmann is well-known in the industry, not needing any introduction. From acting to singing, he has made a significant mark in the film world.

The versatile actor Ayushmann Khurrana has showcased his remarkable acting skills in a variety of roles. On the occasion of his birthday, let us delve into the story of this star, who has won hearts not only with his singing but also with his acting. However, getting to this point involved years of struggle.

From a young age, Ayushmann was passionate about singing and acting. During his college years, he participated in several singing competitions. Notably, he and his friends used to sing on the Delhi-Mumbai express trains purely for fun.

In an interview, Ayushmann revealed that during his college days, he often had very little money, but he and his friends would enjoy themselves a lot. When they were on the train, they would start singing, and occasionally passengers would give them money. He recounted one instance where the train passengers liked their performance so much that they gave them a considerable amount of money, which Ayushmann used to go on a trip to Goa with his friends.

Ayushmann completed his graduation in English Literature from DAV College in Chandigarh and later earned a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from the School of Communication at Punjab University. After finishing college, Ayushmann moved to Mumbai, where his real struggle began. Despite facing numerous challenges, his breakthrough came in 2004 when he participated in MTV's reality show "Roadies" and won the trophy, marking the start of his successful career.

Before this, he worked as a Radio Jockey (RJ) at Big FM in Delhi. After leaving the radio world, he became a Video Jockey (VJ) on MTV, hosting several shows. He also hosted television shows such as “India’s Got Talent” and “Music Ka Maha Muqabala.”

Winning "Roadies" opened new doors for Ayushmann, and he started working as a VJ on MTV. It was during this time that he received his first film offer for "Vicky Donor." Released in 2012, this film featured Ayushmann as a sperm donor and was a commercial success. The film’s success was a turning point in his career, and he never looked back.

Ayushmann's performance and his song “Pani Da Rang” from the film earned him significant recognition. For his remarkable debut, he received Filmfare Awards for Best Male Debut and Best Male Playback Singer. Subsequently, he continued to impress audiences with his acting in films like “Dum Laga Ke Haisha” alongside Bhumi Pednekar, solidifying his place among the top stars in the Hindi film industry. Today, Ayushmann has accumulated a net worth of approximately 80 crore INR through his talent and hard work.

Despite the success of “Vicky Donor,” some of his subsequent films, such as “Nautanki Saala,” “Bewakoofiyaan,” and “Hawaizaada,” did not fare well at the box office. However, Ayushmann's performances in films like “Dum Laga Ke Haisha,” “Bareilly Ki Barfi,” “Badhaai Ho,” “Dream Girl,” “Bala,” and “Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan” have been widely praised, showcasing his enduring talent and versatility.
