Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav has accused BJP president JP Nadda of bringing five bags of cash to distribute among voters during his recent visit to Bihar ahead of the second phase of the Lok Sabha elections. Yadav, speaking to reporters in Patna, said he had received information that Nadda was distributing the cash at locations where elections were being held and called for an investigation into the matter.

Yadav also criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi's comments about Congress's intentions to take away personal belongings such as 'mangalsutras' from women, pointing out that gold prices have risen to the point where most women can no longer afford a mangalsutra. He argued that elections should focus on important issues rather than discussing topics like mangalsutras.

Yadav expressed confidence in the success of RJD and its allies in the second phase of polling in Bihar, stating that the contest is a choice between NDA and the INDIA bloc. Meanwhile, JP Nadda addressed public meetings in Bihar, accusing Congress and its allies of attempting to weaken India and labeling the INDIA bloc as an "arrogant" alliance.
