Mumbai: Shinde faction MLA Sanjay Shirsat has attacked the Thackeray faction. He has said that Uddhav group will merge with Congress. Shirsat has said that we have not formed any group. During this time he also raised the issue of elections in Shiv Sena's organization. He has said that there are no elections in the organization in the year 2018. We also need to keep in mind the organizational leadership of 2018. He has also said that I have a limited issue and that is who is the real Shiv Sena. Both the groups are also claiming to be genuine.

Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar has said that Shiv Sena's 2018 amended constitution cannot be considered valid as it is not at all in the records of the Election Commission of India. As per the record, I have taken into consideration the 1999 constitution of Shiv Sena as the valid constitution.
