Jaipur: PM Narendra Modi reached Rajasthan on Wednesday. Prime Minister Modi launched development projects worth over Rs 5,500 crore in Nathdwara. Due to this, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot was also present. Addressing the public meeting here, Prime Minister Modi described Ashok Gehlot as his friend. So before this Ashok Gehlot said, there is no enmity between us. It is only a battle of ideology.
Prime Minister Modi said, I have got the opportunity to visit Lord Shrinathji and this heroic land of Mewar once again, before coming here I had the privilege of seeing Lord Shrinathji, I developed from Shrinathji in this immortal period of freedom. He has sought blessings for the success of Bharat.
Ashok Gehlot said, I welcome Prime Minister Modi. I am happy that he is present today to inaugurate about four national highways and lay the foundation stone of three railway projects. We all know that Rajasthan is the largest state of the country. I want to urge Prime Minister Modi that when we provide electricity, roads and water, the expenditure here is more as compared to other states. Good works have been done in Rajasthan, roads are good in Rajasthan. Earlier we used to compete with Gujarat and felt that we were lagging behind but now we have moved ahead.
