Bhind: Action has been taken in the matter of giving an absurd reply to the complainant on the CM helpline of Madhya Pradesh. PR Goel, the executive engineer of the Public Health Engineering Department (PHE), has been suspended. Order in this regard has been issued from Vallabh Bhavan Bhopal on Thursday. Rahul Dixit, a resident of Rahwali Behad village under Bhar's Lahar area, had complained to the CM helpline about the incomplete work of mining a hand pump in the village. In response to this complaint, PR Goel, executive engineer of the PHE department, gave a reply and declared the complainant as crazy.

He wrote in response to the complaint that he was suffering from epilepsy, including his family. Taking cognizance of the media reports, action has been taken to suspend Bhind's PHE Executive Engineer PR Goel on Thursday. In response, it was written on behalf of the department that the person complaining is insane, he gets epileptic seizures. The department wrote that 'the hand pump is not bad, the mind of this person is bad. The entire department knows this. This maniac tore our handpump mechanic's clothes. The hand pump will be uprooted and buried in the chest of the complainant."

8 months ago the mining was done by the PHE department to install government hand pumps in Rahwali Behad village of Bhind. But due to the negligence of the officials, the work of the hand pump remained incomplete. Even after 8 months, when the hand pump was not operational, a man named Rahul Dixit telephoned the CM helpline on 7 June and lodged a complaint. A month later, on July 9, a response to the complaint was sent by the PHE department.
