Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh Health Department has given a notice to the doctor Rajkumar Bansal, who came in the limelight after going to the house of the Hathras victim, and has asked her to respond. She has been asked in the notice that she is unauthorizedly absent from her work from Dindori District Hospital since 6 September 2013. At the same time, Dr. Rajkumar Bansal, who stayed in the famous Hathras case at the home of the victim's family for two days, has said that all the allegations against her are baseless. 

She said that while going to Hathras, she has talked to many organizations, some leaders, and media. However, the doctors working with Dr. Bansal in the Medical College are avoiding saying anything in this matter. Dr. Bansal told that she had gone to Hathras only as a human being. When she heard such an incident with the girl, she was upset. After going there, she stayed with the victim's family like a member at home. On the afternoon of October 6, some members of the house asked her to stay for few more days.

Dr. Inderdev, husband of Dr. Rajkumari Bansal, posted as Associate Professor in the Medical College, has said that when his wife asked him to go to Hathras, he stopped his wife once in view of the environment there. When Dr. Rajkumari said what would have happened if this had happened to a family member.
