Mumbai: Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde spoke to social activist Anna Hazare over phone after the Lokayukta Bill was passed by the state Legislative Council. Maharashtra Assembly has also passed this bill in its last session. The Maharashtra Legislative Council on Friday passed the Lokayukta Bill 2022, which brings the CM and the Council of Ministers under the ambit of the anti-corruption ombudsman.
