Open BSNL Selfcare App: First of all open BSNL Selfcare App in your smartphone.
Click the menu. Click the three-line icon (menu) in the upper-left corner of the app's home screen.
Select Complaint and Preference: After this you have to scroll down the screen and select the "Complaint and Preference" option.
Report: Then you have to click on the three line menu on the right and select "Report" option.
File a new complaint: Then click on "New Complaint".
Select SMS or Voice Call: Now you have to select either SMS or Voice Call on which you want to lodge the complaint.
Submit: Finally after filling all the information click on submit button.
