The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) introduced a new website named 'AAP Ka RamRajya' on Wednesday, aiming to showcase their achievements ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The website, based on the concept of 'Ram Rajya,' reflects the party's vision for governance.
During a press conference, AAP leaders highlighted the efforts of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is presently in judicial custody, in embodying the principles of Lord Ram in the capital city. The launch of the website coincides with the celebration of Ram Navami in various parts of the country.
Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh emphasized that the website would demonstrate AAP's interpretation of 'Ram Rajya' and the accomplishments of the party's administrations. Singh praised Chief Minister Kejriwal's achievements over the past decade, including improvements in education, healthcare through mohalla clinics, and initiatives such as free water, electricity, and bus rides for women.
Singh expressed regret over Kejriwal's arrest by the Enforcement Directorate, alleging it as an unjustified action based on false testimonies. He noted that it was the first time the Chief Minister was not with his people on Ram Navami, implying that he was unfairly detained.
The press conference for the website launch also saw the presence of AAP leaders Atishi, Saurabh Bharadwaj, and Jasmine Shah.
