At Khandhla town of Shamli district ,a cleric (religious leader) was threatened when he denied to perform “Nikah” of a youth. According to the police, “The occurrence happened the past when Dilshad, accompanied by some of his friends, went to Maulana Temure Jang and pressured him to perform his 'nikah' ”

The religious leader, meanwhile, was not influenced and refused to perform the wedding ceremony.

As per the FIR filed, After that an angry Dilshad and his friends-Ahsan ,Intazar and Mustafa start threatened him and snatched his marriage registration book.

Police said, “the investigation on the following matter is going on”
