Uttar Pradesh: 50 thousand wanted crooks surrender to Police

Muzaffarnagar: In Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh, the Uttar Pradesh (UP) Police's crackdown on criminals has started showing results. Sometimes, surrendering in court, sometimes being shot by the police and sent behind bars. Today, the 50 thousand rupees wanted crook, who escaped from police custody, then surrendered to the SSP at the police headquarters.

The SSP has arrested the culprit Vicky Rathi and sent him to jail. The police can now make some more disclosures after interrogation. On July 2, 2019, Rohit Sandu, a one-lakh Rs wanted crook who had come to Muzaffarnagar from Mirzapur jail, was rescued while eating at a hotel near Jansth town when he was on his way back to Mirzapur.

One Daroga Durg Vijay was shot dead in the attack by miscreants. While the police had arrested six miscreants and sent them to jail, four miscreants, including a 1 lakh-year-old fugitive, Rohit Sandu, were killed in the incident. Two crooks are still absconding. On Friday, 50 thousand rupees Enami Vicky Rathi reached the police office and surrendered to SSP Abhishek Yadav.
