Lucknow: Anarchist elements in Uttar Pradesh are constantly plotting to incite communal violence. In the state, the work of insulting the gods and goddesses of the majority society is being done to provoke them, so that commotion can be spread in the state. One such case has come to light from the Rae Bareli district, where an attempt was made to spoil the atmosphere.
A youth, a resident of Kutkuri Majre Bakuliha village under the district, has made indecent remarks against gods and goddesses along with obscene pictures on social media. Taking cognizance of the matter, the Kheeron police have registered a case against the accused youth and started investigating the matter.
Giving information, Station House Officer Devendra Kumar Awasthi said that Rishabh Kumar, a resident of Kutkuri Majre Bakuliha, has made an indecent comment on Facebook with an obscene picture of Sita Ji. Taking cognizance of this, a case has been registered against Rishabh Kumar named on the basis of the complaint of Police Post Semri in-charge Purushottam Das and the matter is being investigated. Necessary action will be taken after the investigation.
