Noida: A case of raising anti-national slogans has come to light in a procession taken out during Eid Milad-un-Nabi in Noida adjoining Delhi. Gautam Buddha Nagar police have arrested three accused in the case. A case has been registered against them and further action is being taken. According to police, the video went viral on social media in which slogans of Pakistan Zindabad were heard. The three accused have been arrested on the basis of the same video.
Noida DSP Rajesh S informed that a procession was held at Sector 20 police station. A video of the same went viral on social media with slogans of Pakistan Zindabad being raised. He said that when the video was examined and instructions were taken from experts, it came to light that slogans of Pakistan Zindabad were raised during the procession. He said that if anyone saw the entire video, it showed that slogans of 'Hindustan Zindabad' were being raised, but in the midst of these slogans, slogans of 'Pakistan Zindabad' were also heard.
DSP said that a case has been registered under Section 153A of IPC (spreading communal tension or escalating enmity between two communities) at Sector 20 police station in the case. Mohammad Zafar, Sameer Ali and Ali Raza have been arrested in connection with the incident. Police said a case is now being registered and further action is being taken.
