Lucknow: A FIR has been registered against noted hairstylist Javed Habib for spitting. The victim Pooja Gupta has registered a case under sections 355, 504 IPC, 3 Epidemic Act and 56 Disaster Management against Javed Habib at Mansoorpur police station in Muzaffarnagar.

In fact, noted hairstylist Javed Habib spit on the woman's hair during a show in Muzaffarnagar and explained her quality. Javed's video of him spitting on her hair is going viral on social media like a fire. In this Javed spit on a woman's head and said 'this spit has life.' The woman is said to be a resident of Baraut in Baghpat, UP. Woman Pooja Gupta said that three days ago Javed Habib had given a demonstration at a workshop at Hotel King Villa on the highway when he spits on her head calling her hair rough, Habib has publicly insulted me by spitting on my hair.

Pooja Gupta further said that 'The question-and-answer session was going on in the seminar, when I asked him (Javed Habib), his answer was that you sit quietly, when I reached the stage, he said that this is the same. Who has been saying since morning that How it is possible? Then he pushed my head, I stopped him that I have cervical when he started my cutting, he spits twice on my head and said that if there is a shortage of water in your parlour, then you can cut hair by spitting on the head.'

Javed Habib has apologised for posting a video on Instagram after the spitting video went viral, Javed said, "I sincerely apologize.'' However, Javed Habib did not mention the spit while apologising and said that if anyone was hurt by his "few words,"Â he apologized.
