Mau: A massive fire broke out in a truck parked right in front of the Superintendent of Police office on National Highway-29 in Mau district of Uttar Pradesh. Suddenly, the fire broke out on the highway. The incident was reported to the fire department by the locals. The fire department rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control as soon as the fire broke out.

According to information, a truck was parked in front of the SP office in the morning on Tuesday (02 July), which suddenly caught fire due to unknown reasons. The flames were so intense that it was seen from a distance. The fire was stopped from both sides of the road and the fire brigade's vehicle was found to be under control after hard work. But by then the next part of the truck was completely destroyed by burning.

Additional Superintendent of Police S K Srivastava rushed to the spot and inspected the truck. However, it is not yet clear how and why the truck caught fire. Police are trying to find out, as well as the truck owner.
