Lucknow: A teenager has been found dead under mysterious circumstances in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. His body has been found hanging from a neem tree. The family members have alleged murder and hanging the body on a tree. The girl's father has alleged that his daughter was raped by a young man from the village a few days ago. He has also accused the rape accused and the policeman of conniving. The case pertains to a village under the Adampur police station area of Amroha.
The deceased's father said Subhash entered the house on September 25 and raped his daughter and fled. Then, when they reached the police station and informed the police, a policeman threatened his daughter and registered a case of molestation by converting the rape complaint into molestation. The father said his daughter had later recorded her statement before the magistrate. The deceased's father alleged that the policeman used to come and go to the accused's house and police did not take any action since the September 25 incident till October 31. The accused was then repeatedly threatening to kill them.
The deceased's father said that one day when the daughter was not found at home, we rushed to the farm to find her, where they found their daughter's body hanging from a tree in their own field. The father has filed a case against Subhash and his brother Monu accusing them of killing their daughter. Meanwhile, police said that a case of rape was earlier registered by the deceased under Section 376Â of the IPC following which police station SHO and two constables have been suspended. Meanwhile, a case has been registered against 3 accused in the death of a 16-year-old girl.
