The Union Public Service Commission has sought applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Joint Secretary and Director Level Officers. An official notification has been issued in this regard, which the interested candidates can download by visiting upsconline.nic.in. Candidates will be recruited on a contract basis.

How to apply:
Candidates can apply only through online and applications will not be accepted through any other means. At the time of applying, the candidates will have to upload a scanned copy of all their documents. Do save the print of the filled application form with you.

Age Range:
The age limit for recruitment to joint secretary posts has been fixed from 40 to 55 years, while the age limit for director posts is 35 to 45 years.

Pay scale:
If selected, the candidates will be hired on a salary of around Rs 2,21,000 as per 7th CPC. The selected pay scale for director positions is fixed at about Rs 1,82,000 as per 7th CPC. Candidates should check the official notification to get any other information regarding the process of recruitment, selection and application.
