Panaji: The Goa police have busted a sex racket operating near the capital, Panaji. Three women, including a television actress, have been arrested in this case. At the same time, the mastermind of the racket and a resident of Hyderabad Hafiz Syed Bilal has also been taken into custody by the police.
The same police received information that a sex racket was being run in Sangolda village adjoining capital Panaji. Some women from Mumbai are involved in the flesh trade. After receiving the secret tip-off, the Crime Branch of Goa Police started laying a trap to arrest them red-handed. Police, posing as a fake customer, made a deal with a Hyderabad-based man in a hotel in Sangolda for Rs 50,000. Thereafter, the tout Bilal presented 3 women in front of the policeman who had come as a customer. Due to this, the police took the three women and the tout Bilal into custody red-handed.

Police found out that one of the three women was a TV actress. The actress and one of her colleagues hails from Virar in Mumbai. At the same time, Bilal and the third woman are from Hyderabad. Police said Hafiz Bilal had been operating the sex racket for quite some time. According to the police, Bilal is 26 years old and the three women are between the ages of 30 and 37 years. The three were taken into custody on Friday (March 17).
