Jaipur: Three people died in a head-on collision between a Swift car and a camper at Mandla in Phalodi police station area of Jodhpur district of Rajasthan. The accident is being told at 5 am in which the front part of the Swift car sank under the camper in a head-on collision of both the vehicles. After this, the police was informed and with the help of villagers, the people trapped in the car were pulled out.
The collision was so severe that the front part of the car was badly shattered. It took more than 1 hour to evacuate the villagers. The driver is seriously injured in the whole incident, who has been brought to Mathuradas Mathur Hospital in Jodhpur with the help of 108. According to Phalodi SHO Rakesh Khayalia, the deceased have been identified as a resident of Birai, a village near Jodhpur. All the deceased are said to be members of the same family.
Among the votes, Kailash Chandra Sharma is the DRM of Bank of Baroda Jodhpur. Along with him, his mother Leela Saraswat and sister Geeta were also present in the car. All three died on the spot. All of them were going to Jaisalmer Ganga Prasadi. The Phalodi police have kept the bodies of the three in Phalodi's mortuary and informed the relatives.
