Kota: The recent suicide of a coaching student in Kota, Rajasthan, has deeply unsettled the community. The tragic incident occurred late on Saturday night when a student from Motihari district, Bihar, took his own life by hanging. The news of the student's suicide has left his family devastated, with grief engulfing everyone.
The deceased student had been residing in Kota for approximately two years, diligently preparing for the competitive engineering exam JEE. Upon learning of the suicide, authorities from the Mahavir Nagar police station promptly arrived at the scene and transferred the body to the mortuary of the Medical College Hospital. Initial investigations by the police indicate that the student had been residing in a PG accommodation in the Mahavir Nagar area. The police have questioned the PG operator and informed the student's family, who will arrive to facilitate the post-mortem examination.
Although the police suspect suicide as the cause of death, no suicide note was discovered at the scene. This absence of a note has left the student's family in disbelief, questioning whether their son could have taken such a drastic step.
