Lucknow: A case of suicide of a minor girl from the Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh has come to light. A student studying in class XI has hanged herself. The case is said to be from a village under the Phaphund police station area. Police seized the body and sent it for postmortem and are investigating the case.
After this incident, the family members are in a bad condition. The girl's father has given a complaint in the police station that a boy from the village used to molest her and used to harass her by calling repeatedly. He tried to convince these boys many times, but they did not listen. Fed up with this, she hanged herself. Police have registered a case and started searching for the accused. The father lodged a complaint on Thursday against Ramsevak living in a rented house in Ajitmal's Babarpur in Auraiya's Phaphund police station area, Tulsipur, by accusing the girl of molesting and obscenity.
Police are investigating the case seriously. Further action will be taken after the post mortem report is received. Police have also found a suicide note near the body from the spot. Which is under investigation.
