Dehradun: The work done by a doctor in Dehradun, Uttarakhand is being praised. People on social media are not tired of praising him. In fact, the doctor had donated his blood before operating on a patient as no blood donor was there.

At the same time, doctors of government hospitals often face criticism for the treatment meted out to patients. However, a government doctor is in the news for humanity. This orthopedic doctor, who donated blood before the patient was operated on, is getting a lot of praise on social media.  

In fact, a person was seriously injured after falling into a deep pit in the capital. In this, the man suffered fractures in the chest, left hand, and thigh bone, after which he was admitted to Doon PG Medical College. After keeping the patient in the ICU for 3 days, the doctors decided to operate on the patient's thigh bone. However, the patient could not be operated upon due to lack of blood. The patient's daughter came forward to donate her blood, but could not due to some health issues. When no one came forward to donate blood, orthopedic surgeon Dr. Shashank Singh himself decided to give blood to the patient. Everyone is praising his initiative.
