HYDERABAD: Telangana Education Minister P. S. Chandrasekhar on Friday said that only 50 percent of the students in each classroom should be allowed under offline classes at a review meeting with higher education officials in his office. Sabita Indra Reddy decided.

Degree, PG and professional courses will commence in the state from February 1. The Education Minister has instructed the authorities to prepare and implement a class-wise action plan for each college. Following Covid's guidelines, the classes were ordered to be conducted and the government and private educational institutions were constantly inspected.

The Higher Education Board of Education Has ordered The higher education board chairman M.S.M.P. Reddy to provide immediate assistance of Rs 20 lakh to each university to start the cleanliness process every day. The college management has been instructed to take steps to stop the student meeting in colleges. Also, the responsibility of maintaining social distance among students is also on college management. The meeting was attended by Higher Education Commissioner Naveen Mittal, Higher Education Board Chairman M.S.M.P.Reddy and Secretary Srinivasa Rao.
