Muzaffarnagar, In an incident, the collegemates of a 16-year-old girl harassed her in Miranpur town.
SHO Chanderkiran Yadav said, “the girl, a Class XII student, was yesterday returning from the college when three persons on a bike started harassing her which she opposed”.
An FIR was registered against accused Shahrukh and Shoaib on the basis of complaint filed by the girl's brother.
Security has been tightened in the area and search is on for absconding accused, the SHO added.
