Andhra Pradesh: On Thursday, Sri Lankan Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and his wife Shiranthi Rajapaksa arrived at Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams for Tirupati pilgrimage. 

On Friday, Mr Rajapaksa and his entourage would pray to Lord Venkateswara Swamy. When Sri Lankan Prime Minister arrived at Sri Padmavathi Rest House, he was greeted warmly by Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister K Narayana Swamy.

The international dignitaries were greeted by Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams Additional Executive Officer AV Dharma Reddy and Chief Vigilance and Security Officer (CVSO) Gopinath Jatti, who were given with flower bouquets.

When he arrived, he was greeted by District Collector Harinarayan, Urban Superintendent of Police Venkata Appala Naidu, TTD Board Member Lakshminarayana, and others.
