Indore: Prahlad Singh Rajupat, who went missing from his house nearly 23 years ago from Village Ghoshi Patti in Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh, is returning home from a Pakistani jail. Prahlad will reach Amritsar on Monday. Police and family members will arrive to pick them up. Prahlad's son Fundilal Rajput went missing from his house 23 years ago. While he was 33 years old then.

After that, the family searched for him a lot, but they were not traced. Meanwhile, he reached Pakistan and was caught and jailed. He had been lodged in a Pakistani jail since then. Prahlad is now returning home at the age of 56 after the efforts of the Sagar police and government of India. Prahlad's younger brother Veer Singh Rajput resident Ghoshipatti said elder brother Prahlad Singh was mentally weak in 1998. He was also undergoing treatment. They searched a lot after they went missing, but nothing was found anywhere. Lodged a complaint with the police station. Meanwhile, in 2014, the police came home and sought information about Prahlad. It was then that it was found that Prahlad was lodged in a Pakistani jail.

No one knows how Prahlad reached Pakistan, but after his detection, he started trying to bring him home from Pakistan. He met the officials and wrote to the government demanding the release of Prahlad. He will now return home after 23 years.
