New Delhi: Aftab Poonawalla, an accused in the Shraddha Walker murder case, has confessed to his crime. However, the problem before the investigating agencies is that they do not have enough evidence to prove the confession. According to Godwin, this was not the first incident when Shraddha was beaten badly, but he used to beat Shraddha in this way every day. Aftab's parents played an important role in this whole incident. They used to emotionally blackmail Shraddha again and again that their son will get better and Shraddha used to agree every time. Godwin has told that the way Aftab's father has disappeared, it is suspected that the parents know every act of Aftab. The biggest thing is that the parents had persuaded Shraddha and withdrawn the case, at that time if the police had taken action, Shraddha would probably have been alive today.

Shraddha had told that Aftab himself was addicted to drugs, and many times his friends also came to take drugs from him late at night, Shraddha had photos and videos of many such drugs on her mobile phone, which can be big proof.
