Samsung Unveils Galaxy Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro: On July 10, Samsung introduced the latest additions to its true wireless stereo (TWS) lineup, the Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. These new earbuds were launched alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Watch 7, and Galaxy Ring.
Key Features and Specifications
Language Translation: The Galaxy Buds 3 series can translate foreign languages using the Interpreter mode when connected to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 or Flip 6.
Voice Commands: Users can control functions like playing or stopping music via voice commands without touching the earbuds or connected smartphone.
Active Noise Cancellation: Both models feature active noise cancellation (ANC) and are IP55 rated for dust and water resistance.
Design: The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro features blade lights on the stem, controlled by pinch or swipe gestures for volume adjustment. The Buds 3 Pro has a canal-type design, while the Buds 3 has an open design.
Audio Quality: The Galaxy Buds 3 has an 11 mm dynamic driver, while the Buds 3 Pro boasts a two-way 10.5 mm dynamic speaker with a 6.1 mm planar driver.
Voice Clarity: With a machine learning-based pre-trained model, the Galaxy Buds 3 series can restore the original voice of the speaker in noisy environments.
Connectivity: They work with Bluetooth 5.4 and support AAC, SBC, SSC, HiFi, and SSC UHQ codecs.
Battery Life:
Galaxy Buds 3: 48mAh battery in each earbud, 515mAh in the charging case, up to 5 hours of playtime (30 hours with the case, 24 hours with ANC).
Galaxy Buds 3 Pro: 53mAh battery in each earbud, 515mAh in the charging case, up to 7 hours of playtime (30 hours with the case, 26 hours with ANC).
The Galaxy Buds 3 series is available in Silver and White. Pricing for India will be announced later, and they will be available for purchase starting July 24.
