New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a virtual event on Tuesday to distribute more than 51,000 appointment letters to newly appointed youth under the Rozgar Mela initiative. This event emphasizes the Prime Minister's dedication to creating job opportunities for the youth and empowering them to contribute positively to the nation's development.
Rozgar Mela will take place at 40 locations across the country, with new recruits joining various Central Government ministries and departments. This includes key areas such as the Department of Revenue, the Department of Higher Education, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, among others.
The newly appointed recruits will benefit from foundational training through the 'Karmayogi Prarambh' online module, which is accessible on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. This portal offers over 1,400 e-learning courses designed to equip recruits with vital skills for their roles, supporting the vision of a developed India.
