Ballia: A case of poverty has been reported in the Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh with a four-year-old innocent. The girl was raped when she was playing outside the house. The police have arrested the accused. The case is from the Revati police station area. The accused is reported to be 20 years old. The accused young man allegedly raped a four-year-old girl who was playing outside the house in the neighborhood.

Police have arrested the accused youth on Saturday and rushed him to jail. Yadavindra Pandey, station in-charge of Revathi, while giving information about the case on Saturday, has told that Bhim Sahni, from a village in the police station area, called her into his house by luring her to pay two rupees to a four-year-old girl playing outside the neighborhood at 10:30 am on Friday and allegedly raped her.

He said a designated case has been registered against Bhim Sahni in the Revati police station yesterday under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and POCSO Act. He said the girl has been sent to the district hospital for a medical test today and police have sent the accused Bhim Sahni to jail.
