Jaipur: A woman has filed a case against a police constable of Dhanmandi police station in Udaipur, Rajasthan, for raping her by filling vermilion. The constable befriended the woman and had physical relations with her and continued to exploit her. In the meantime, he also forcibly aborted the victim four times. Seven days ago, the accused pressured her to undergo an abortion and threatened to kill her if she did not. Meanwhile, the accused constable kept promising to marry the woman. Now the woman has lodged a complaint against the constable at Dhanmandi police station. The constable is currently posted at Mavli police station.

In her complaint, the victim stated that the duty of constable Dinesh Bairwa, a resident of Alwar, was in the Dhanmandi police station in 2020. During this time, she came in contact with the constable. After that, each other's mobile numbers were changed and the conversation started. The accused constable told her that he would marry her and also keep her daughter well. One day the accused came to the woman's rented room and filled vermilion and said- I have married you. I'm your husband from today. Saying this, the accused started raping her.

According to the report, whenever the accused went to the woman's house, he raped her every time. During this, the woman became pregnant four times, but every time the accused got her aborted by feeding pills. In her complaint, the woman said that she is currently two months pregnant. When she told the accused in this regard, he came to her on November 4 and said that get the abortion done. When she refused, the accused threatened to kill the woman and her daughter. He also said that I am in the Police, and no one can harm me. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case under Section 376 against the accused constable Dinesh. Station House Officer Gopal Chandel himself is investigating the case.
