On December 13, when Lalit Jha was apprehended for attempting to infiltrate Parliament House, he had formulated two plans. In the event that Plan A failed, Plan B was also prepared.
What was Plan A:
Essentially, for entry into Parliament House, passes were created under the names of Manoranjan D and Sagar Sharma. Therefore, the decision was made to send both of them inside. According to this plan, outside Parliament, Amol and Neelam were to proceed towards Parliament House from the Transport Building, emitting color smoke.
What was Plan B:
Under Plan B, if for some reason Amol and Neelam couldn't reach close to Parliament, Mahesh and Kailash were supposed to go to the vicinity of Parliament House from the other side, engaging in slogan shouting while emitting color smoke in front of media cameras. On the night of December 12, when Mahesh and Kailash didn't reach Vicky's house in Gurugram, the responsibility of performing these tasks was assigned to Amol and Neelam in any case.
Lalit had initially devised a plan to hide.
