In which the court of Rajdhani Bhopal has accused the peon Babulal Swaran, who was posted in the District Collector's office, of giving fake lease of 500 crore rupees of government land in MP Nagar. In which he has been sentenced to life imprisonment. At the same time, the lawyer in this case, from the woman Babu posted in the court to the people living in the slum, has also been sentenced. This sentence was pronounced by the court of Special Judge Sanjeev Pandey on Saturday. Along with this, a fine of one lakh rupees has also been imposed on all the accused. In this case, 11 people were made accused. However, one accused has been acquitted for lack of evidence. All the culprits have been sent to jail.

The matter was investigated by EOW. Babulal was posted in the District Collector Office. Between 2003 and 2007, he along with other accused had fraudulently leased government land near Gayatri Temple in MP Nagar Zone-1 in the name of slum Savitri Bai. After this, some part of the land was given in the name of Maya Bisaria, Alpana Bisaria, Amita Bisaria and Preeti Bisaria residing in Jahangirabad.

When this matter reached the court, the lady Babu issued a fake order in the name of the judge and sent it to the Collector office. At the same time, lawyer Anwar Khan was also involved in this conspiracy. The EOW had presented an invoice in the case in 2008. The main mastermind of this entire fraud has been a peon, posted in the Collector Office. He was the one who carried out the entire fraud. In government documents this land was registered in the name of the department of judicial municipality.
