Its value is being estimated in several thousand crores. According to Noida Authority officials, the market value of the land freed from land mafia is about Rs 2000 crore.

The intensive campaign against the land mafia included Khasra Nos. 391 and 401 which are present in Kakrala Khabaspur, where the Noida Authority's OSD itself was involved. In the presence of heavy police force, 7 thousand acres of land was freed from the possession of land mafia. Many officials were present on the spot during the operation. Wherever the land mafia has captured the land and constructed, that construction was destroyed.
