The Indian Navy is invviting applications from students - classes 9 to 12 - to participate in a national-level quiz competition, THINQ2024. This initiative aims to foster patriotism and offer young minds a glimpse into the world of the Indian Navy.

Interested schools should register their students by visiting www.indiannavythinq.in before August 31, 2024.

The competition’s semifinals and finals will be held at the Indian Naval Academy (INA) in Ezhimala, Kerala. The top 16 teams will enjoy a fully sponsored visit to this prestigious academy, which sits atop a hill overlooking the Arabian Sea. Here, future naval officers undergo extensive training amid stunning coastal scenery and advanced facilities.

Teams that advance will experience Asia's largest Naval Academy and explore the Indian Navy's cutting-edge training environment. Participants in the semifinals and finals will also have the chance to win exciting prizes. Each contestant will receive a THINQ2024 Certificate of Participation.

The THINQ-24 Indian Navy Quiz Competition 2024 will be hosted by a professional quiz master. The competition will consist of three online elimination rounds and one zonal selection round. From these, 16 schools will advance to the semi-finals, with eight teams moving on to the finals.

The semi-finals will take place in Kochi, Kerala, from November 6 to 9, 2024. The finalists will have the opportunity to explore the Naval way of life by visiting ships stationed in Kochi and experiencing the Navy’s training facilities in Kerala.
