Jaipur: A 15-year-old minor was first raped and then brutally murdered in Rajasthan. Even after the girl's breath stopped, the plight of the demons did not diminish. Considering it as a heinous crime, the court sentenced him to severe punishment.
The case is of Bundi district. The district's POCSO court, while delivering a historic verdict on Friday, sentenced two devils to death for gang-raping and killing a 15-year-old minor. Along with this, a fine of Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand has also been imposed on both the accused. In the court, Justice Bal Krishna Mishra has termed this case as a heinous murder case. A minor accused is also involved in this whole episode, whose case is currently pending in the Children's Court. The accused Sultan Bhil and Chhotu Lal have been sentenced to death.
In fact, both these accused had raped and killed her. It was also revealed in the post-mortem report that the accused had also raped the dead body. In this case, the police had arrested both the accused. A total of three accused were caught in the gang rape case. One of the accused was a minor. The police had presented the challan in this heinous murder case within 14 days and in the 100-page chargesheet in the court, the story of the heinous murder was written by the accused.
