Gwalior: The Gwalior High Court in Madhya Pradesh has categorically refused to pronounce a petition filed against the disqualification of a Sahayak seed certification officer from his job. In fact, the Assistant Beach Certification Officer was disqualified from the job when he was a third child during the job. The high court has now dismissed the petition filed against the verdict. Now, the High Court says, "Under the Civil Services Act, 1961, if a third child is born, the person will be disqualified from government service, so under this Act, you are not eligible for a job.''

Let us also tell all of you that Laxman Singh Baghel also appeared for the assistant seed certification officer examination to be conducted through Vyapam in 2009. In fact, Laxman Singh Baghel secured the seventh position in the merit of the examination, and Laxman Singh Baghel had two children on June 30, 2009. This was followed by Laxman Singh Baghel having a third child in the month of November. During the joining, Laxman Singh Baghel had mentioned only two children in the affidavit but later in the original residence letter and ration card he had informed about the third child. As soon as the matter came to light, an inquiry was conducted by the Department. In this investigation, Laxman Singh Baghel had reported the birth of the child in 2012. The department had also recommended the registration of FIR against Laxman for not providing the same correct information.

Laxman Singh then filed a petition arguing that "he was the father of two children when he applied for the job and after appearing for the exam and selection he became the father of the third child so the law does not apply to him and the qualification of the candidate is measured from the date of submission of his application.'' Moreover, he said, ''He got a third child after the appointment so he has been wrongly fired by the department.'' Now, justices Sheel Nagu and Anand Pathak of the double bench said on the petition, "There is no specific reason for the petition to have a different approach from the single bench, so it cannot give any relief to the petitioner.''
