In fact, recently, former CM Kamal Nath tweeted. In a tweet, he said, "There are reports of huge rush and stampede in many areas during vaccination in Madhya Pradesh. The Government should increase the number of immunization centres as well as the days of vaccination.'' At the same time, he said, "It is risky for people to gather in this way amid fears of a third wave of the corona.'' A vaccination drive is being carried out from 1st to 3rd July at Lodhikhera Community Building, Saunsar, Chhindwara.
The government has set a target of vaccinating 250 people in a day, but more than a thousand people reached there on the first day. Seeing the crowd growing here, the shutters of the community centre were given by the administration so that more people could not gather there. Meanwhile, people started creating ruckus here and opened the shutters and entered. Within a few moments, there was a stampede. The same people started falling on each other. In the meantime, things became such that many women even pushed the aged women. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media shortly after.
