At this time, systems built on the Arabian Sea, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan are seen to be weak. The trend of the winds is also looking north. From today on Friday, there is a strong possibility of running cold wave at many places in the state. Today, there is also a possibility of hail.

The fog has been prevailing in many cities including the capital this morning and there is a possibility of fog in the evening. During the last 24 hours, light rains have been recorded in the districts of Rewa, Shahdol divisions, while the weather of the remaining divisions remained dry. With this, the lowest minimum temperature has been recorded at Datia at 6 °C. According to the Meteorological Department, by the evening, the cold may increase and the weather may be drier.
