Rewa: A shocking case has come to light from a village in the Jawa police station area of Rewa district. The murder is said to have taken place here. In fact, a lover killed his girlfriend and buried her body in the kitchen. According to reports, the two were living in a live-in relationship. After burying the body, the lover reportedly did a lipai-putai on top of the pit so that no one could know. The same case came to light when Devar, who lives in the neighborhood, did not see the woman from last Sunday and became suspicious. He then reported the matter to the police. The accused fled when police reached the spot.

Police reportedly searched the house and found fresh lipai-putai in the kitchen. Police then dug a pit and found the woman's body in the kitchen. According to information received in the case, the two had been living together for nearly 10 years. There are reports that there was a quarrel between the two before the incident. Talking about the entire issue, ASP Shivakumar Verma said that both Shanti Mallah and Ramraj Manjhi had been living in Village Gadha 138 Tola in Live Inford for 10 years. Last Saturday, Ramraj killed Shanti with a sharp weapon.

He buried the body in the kitchen after the murder. Interrogation of neighbors in the case revealed that Shanti and Ramraj had fought at night and since then there was no peace. Police say Shanti was married earlier and her husband died 10 years ago. After her husband's death, she fell in love with 10-year-old Ramraj, and then the two moved in together.
