Agar Malwa: Recently, the case of crime has come up in Agar Malwa district of Madhya Pradesh. In this case, a brother-in-law sold his own minor sister-in-law twice in the pretext of marriage. It is being told that in this work he was also supported by his wife, the sister of a minor. As soon as the matter was revealed, the minor's brother-in-law, sister and two grooms have been arrested by the police.
According to reports, in the joint proceedings of Nagda police and Chhattisgarh police, four people who were involved in the purchase and sale of a minor girl have been detained. It is being told that a minor girl from Jashpur in Chhattisgarh was sold twice at some places in Ujjain district. The case came to light when the Chhattisgarh police, with the help of Nagda police, arrested the two grooms, including brother-in-law, sister. Talking about the matter, Nag Sharma police station in-charge SC Sharma said, "The case of selling a minor girl from Pathalgaon in Jashpur to Nagda has been revealed."
Four accused have been arrested in this case. The station in-charge also said, 'Under section 164, statements are to be made in the court of the minor.' Based on those statements, the number of accused can increase. A case has to be filed under rape and POSCO act in this. Many other such cases have also come up from Madhya Pradesh.
