Bhopal: Early morning tea in the Ashoknagar district of Madhya Pradesh put the elderly person to sleep. Weak eyes of the elderly could not recognize the tea leaf. When the tea-leaf fell short, the elderly woman picked up the insecticide from the other room instead of the tea-leaf and put it in boiling water. The elderly couple died after drinking this tea, while their son recovered after treatment.
No one had even imagined that morning tea would be their last tea for elderly couple Srikishan Sen and Komalbai, residents of Kachiana mohalla in Mungavali area. Like every day, her husband was ready to go to Srikishan temple. Wife Komalbai went to the kitchen and started making tea. When the tea leaves were finished, she went to another room. Older eyes were weak, due to which she could see less. In the same deception, she picked up the pesticide medicine in the packet instead of tea.
After coming to the kitchen, she also added pesticide to the boiling water. After this, she gave tea to her husband and after waking up the son, she herself drank tea. After drinking tea, Shrikishan Sen left for the temple by bicycle. They reached some distance, then fainted after being dizzy. During this time the son also drank tea, so he felt bitter. So he left the tea in the cup. At the same time, the health of women and children in the house also started deteriorating, then the news of her husband's unconsciousness also reached home. When the trio were taken to the doctor, the doctor declared the couple dead, while their son recovered after treatment.
