You keep buying and selling the MLAs, keep making open bids, in front of the district hospital in Guna, a woman resident of Ashok Nagar pleads with her two and a half-year-old child for the treatment of her husband all day, When she was not treated and in front of her eyes, her husband died in agony. This is the state's health services, in the Shivraj government? Claims large but ground reality is different''
