New Delhi: A shocking incident took place on Monday (May 29) in Shahbad Dairy area of the country's capital Delhi. The minor girl Sakshi was brutally killed by a boy named Sahil and fled. On receiving the information, the police came into action and caught the accused from Bulandshahr in UP. But, after this arrest, filmmaker Ashoke Pandit has raised questions.
Â
How can such a criminal be arrested without handcuffs and the police officer without any ammunition .

Where are the other police officers ?
Shouldn’t he be handcuffed and kept in a police vehicle .
It’s sheer callousness .
Kalawa is common between him and Kasab . https://t.co/RPudeKCXKD pic.twitter.com/ngbAp7fkb1
Ashoke Pandit shared a picture of the accused sitting in police custody on Twitter and said, "How can such a criminal be arrested without handcuffs and if the police personnel do not have a weapon?" Where are the other police officers? Shouldn't he have been handcuffed and made to sit in a police vehicle? There is a common kalava between the accused and (terrorist) Kasab. In this case, Delhi Deputy Commissioner of Police Suman Nalwa has said that the accused Sahil has been arrested from Bulandshahr. He does AC repair work. Further investigation and interrogation in the case is underway. The police will try to ensure that the accused gets maximum punishment in this murder.
It has been reported about this murder that Sakshi and Sahil had an argument about something. Angered by this, Sahil stabbed her with a knife and stone for about 40 times. Surprisingly, he was stabbing the girl with a knife in the street, there were many people present there, but no one even mustered the courage to intervene.
