New Delhi: Many people have lost their jobs after the lockdown imposed due to Corona. Many people have started the business of making money by committing crimes. A similar case was registered at Banad police station in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan, where a woman filed a report at the police station that a young man used to call her on mobile. He used to send the woman's picture on WhatsApp. Not only this, the accused man threatened the woman to make the picture viral and demanded Rs 3.50 lakh from her.
After this, the scared woman reached the police station and filed a complaint against the accused youth. While giving information, Banad Police Officer Ashok Anjana said that a woman has complained to the police station that for the past few days, a person from an unknown number is calling and blackmailing her in the name of making her private photo viral. The young man is demanding three and a half lakh rupees from that woman.
The young man threatened the lady to viral her picture if not given the money, on the report of the woman, the police registered a case and took quick action and arrested the accused. In the police interrogation, the accused told that he had taken pictures of the woman from her husband's mobile. The accused had been facing a shortage of money since the lockdown, due to which he conspired with the woman for blackmailing. At present, the police is prparing to send the accused to jail.
