Dholpur: In the Bari town of Dholpur district of Rajasthan on June 12, mobster Jagan Gurjar thrashed shopkeepers with their half-a-dozen armed accomplices with sticks and hurled panic by throwing shoppers ' belongings on the road. After that, mobster Jagan Gurjar, along with his comrades, took a family hostage to the village of Sayapur Karanasingh, under the Basaidaung thana area.
