Sonbhadra: Two bike-borne boys were killed in two separate accidents in Uttar Pradesh's Sonbhadra district last night. Two people were seriously injured. The first case is of The Bijpur-Renukut main road. Suresh Kumar Shah (31), a resident of Gahilgarh in Madhya Pradesh, had come on a motorcycle with his accomplice Mithilesh Kumar Prajapati to attend the wedding ceremony near Chetwa.
Both were returning on a motorcycle at night. The bike collided head-on with a tree near Nemana forest on the Bijpur-Renukut road. Passersby reported the matter to the local police. Police rushed the two injured persons to Dhanvantri Hospital in Rihand, where doctors declared Suresh brought dead. Mithilesh Prajapati is undergoing treatment. On the other hand, on receiving the news of the death, the family members of the deceased and the injured reached the hospital.
An unidentified vehicle rammed into a motorcycle near the toll plaza at Malo Ghat on Varanasi-Shaktinagar road on Saturday night. In the accident, the brother-in-law riding the motorcycle was killed, while the other was injured. Police, who rushed to the spot, sent the body to the district hospital for post-mortem. The injured have also been admitted to a nearby hospital. Both accidents have created an atmosphere of mourning in the houses.
