Karauli: Curfew has been imposed in the Karauli districts of Rajasthan even today. Communal violence broke out here on Saturday after stone pelting at a motorcycle rally. 35 people were injured in the violence. Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot has said that the police will take strict action against those who are criminals in the incident. Rajasthan ADG Law and Order Hawa Singh Ghumaria said that so far 36 persons have been arrested in the incident and the situation is now under control. Rajasthan Police said that mobile internet has been shut down in Karauli to prevent rumours and a strict vigil is being kept on anti-social elements. The administrative staff is keeping a close watch on the situation in Karauli, which is 170 km from Jaipur.
