19-year-old Priyanka was a student of class 11, living in quarter number 132 of Kanshiram Colony of Bharthana town. Had to study in 12th this year. Like other girls, she wanted to make a career by studying, but in her growing age, the family members started worrying about her marriage.

For the same marriage, the father started looking for a boy. As soon as the matter of marriage was finalized, the daughter said that she wants to study, does not want to get married. When the family members started insisting, Priyanka was saddened by this and committed suicide by hanging herself with a dupatta in the trough in quarter number 132. Police has sent the body for post-mortem and investigation is going on from many angles. The deceased Priyanka's father Prabhu Dayal and his wife Mithilesh were present in the ground floor of Quarter No. 123 of Kanshi Ram Colony. The deceased was the eldest of two younger brothers and 4 younger sisters. The father works as a laborer to feed the children.
