He started going to school every morning before going to his office. He noticed that at one stage the number of schools is very low and from the top, their position is also not very good. He explains that 'Lower primary schools hardly have 2-3 rooms and 30-40 children are taught by the same teachers'. Swapnil says that the education situation is still better in this region of Meghalaya, whereas in hilly areas of the North East where the density of population is very low, the situation of education system is worse.
